Our Story

You know what it feels like.
We built this for that feeling.

That invisible loneliness in visible spaces. Surrounded by people and still feeling completely alone. It's not a failure of strength — it's a failure of systems built to help, yet somehow forgot to see you. That's why we built NOYO. Because we see you.

The Foundation

A space to become.
To breathe. To be seen.

NOYO was founded on one essential truth: care should never stop when the session ends.

For too long, wellness has existed in fragments — therapy appointments that don't connect to daily life, meditation apps that feel transactional, tools that work in isolation but never speak to each other, and care limited by what your insurance will pay for. Support that disappears the moment you need it most.

We knew there had to be a better way — a way that didn't make you choose between human connection and constant availability. A way that understood healing isn't linear; it's continuous, layered, alive.

So we built something different. Something that brings care back to continuity.

At its core, NOYO brings together two worlds that were always meant to be one: human expertise and intelligent presence.

Licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and certified wellness facilitators form the living heart of our platform — delivering evidence-informed care grounded in empathy, ethics, and real human experience.

Alongside them, adaptive AI companions extend that care into the spaces between sessions — listening when you need to be heard, guiding when you're lost, holding space when words feel too heavy. Not replacing the human. Amplifying it.

The Architects

The healers
everyone else overlooked.

These practitioners aren't consultants hired to validate technology. They're architects. They built this platform from the ground up, each contributing their discipline, their wisdom, their life's work.

Marcus Chen
Meditation & Neuroscience
Meditation teacher and neuroscience researcher who spent seven years in silent retreat. Built our Mindfulness & Clarity programs because he refused to see meditation commercialized into another productivity hack.
Priya Kapoor
Yoga Therapy & Somatic Practice
Yoga therapist trained in both Western anatomy and Ayurvedic wisdom. Designed our Movement & Balance programs for people who think they're "not flexible enough." Her somatic practices reach trauma that talk therapy alone cannot touch.
Amara Williams
Ancestral & Spiritual Healing
Trained in African diasporic healing traditions, herbalism, and ancestral practices. Built our Spiritual Wellness programs because healing doesn't happen in only one language, one tradition, one way.
Father Tomás Rodriguez
Interfaith Chaplaincy & Trauma
Interfaith chaplain and trauma counselor who ensures that whether someone is Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, atheist, or still searching, they find sacred space here. Because wellness without soul is just symptom management.
Dr. Sarah Chen
Clinical Psychology — Stanford
Stanford-trained psychologist with twenty-three years in clinical practice. Anchors every programme, every companion response, and every immersive environment in the highest standards of psychological care.
Dr. James Mitchell
Psychiatry — Stanford
Stanford-trained psychiatrist and clinical collaborator. Ensures evidence-based rigour runs through every layer of the platform — from AI companion protocols to crisis intervention frameworks.

AI Companions

Elise. Emma. Elliot.
Trained by healers.

The AI companions were trained by our practitioners. Marcus taught them breathwork. Priya showed them how to suggest gentle movement. Amara embedded cultural sensitivity. Dr. Chen gave them crisis protocols. They extend the team's care into the hours when humans need to rest.

Elise
Primary companion. Warm, grounded, and deeply attuned. Elise holds space with quiet steadiness — the kind of presence that makes you feel heard before you've finished speaking.
Emma
Gentle and reflective. Emma meets you in the softer moments — when you're not in crisis but need someone to sit with you in the uncertain middle ground.
Elliot
Calm and grounding. Elliot is for the moments when the world is too loud and you need a steady, unhurried presence to help you find your footing again.

Immersive Spaces

Where words stop.
Experience begins.

Multi-sensory immersive environments that don't just guide you toward calm — they help you feel it. Living spaces that use sound, light, rhythm, and sensory presence to meet your nervous system where it actually is.

Nature's World
Forest sounds calibrated for nervous system regulation. Beach environments designed for active stress relief. Mountain spaces for reflection. Built with Marcus and Priya — these aren't recordings, they're living environments.
Zen Room
When your mind won't stop spinning and simplicity is what you need. The portable meditation hall Marcus wished every person had access to, always.
Restful Sleep
Sleep rescue programs developed by Dr. Chen and Marcus. Because sleep is when healing actually integrates — and rest should never feel out of reach.
Family Circle
Inspired by Amara's grandmother's kitchen table. Connects families across continents in a space that feels like home — because healing is sometimes simply being together.
Spiritual Journeys
Prayer spaces from multiple traditions. Ancestral rituals. Sacred practices designed by Father Tomás and Amara to honor the paths people actually walk.
Me Time
The permission to rest without guilt, to exist without performing, to simply be. For the moments when choosing yourself is the most radical thing you can do.

What Makes Us Different

Built differently.
Because healing deserves it.

01

Practitioners shaped the technology

We didn't build technology and then add wellness features. We assembled therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, spiritual guides, and wellness facilitators — and let them shape the technology from the ground up.

02

Care that never pauses

Traditional private practice offers one modality, one provider. With NOYO, your wellness journey continues through Immersive Spaces and AI Companions even between appointments. When you can't sleep at 3 a.m., your companion is here.

03

Culturally inclusive by design

Western wellness frameworks serve some people well. They leave others entirely behind. NOYO was built to honor every tradition, every ancestry, every cultural language of healing — because care that doesn't see you isn't care.

04

A full ecosystem, not a feature list

Companions, immersive spaces, practitioners, communities, tools — all speaking to each other, all oriented toward the same goal: keeping you connected to your own healing, continuously.

This is NOYO.
Welcome home.

Your space to become. To breathe. To reflect. To reset. To be seen. You are never truly alone here — not in the middle of the night, not between sessions, not when the world feels too heavy and words won't come.
