NOYO is built on the belief that no barrier - linguistic, physical, cognitive, or economic - should stand between a person and the support they need. We design our platform to meet the needs of the widest possible range of users, and we continue to iterate toward that standard.
Every user deserves to access support in their first language. NOYO operates in over 20 languages across all six regions.
Users can increase text size across all NOYO interfaces. We design for readability, not visual compression.
Text-to-speech and audio guidance are available across key programme experiences, including crisis pathways.
NOYO is designed to function in low-connectivity environments, ensuring reach into regions with limited infrastructure.
Web Standards
Our conformance target.
NOYO targets compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We conduct regular audits of our web and mobile interfaces and address identified issues on a prioritised basis.
Our platform design and development processes are guided by WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. This includes appropriate colour contrast ratios, keyboard navigability, screen reader compatibility, and clear labelling of interactive elements. We acknowledge that full conformance is an ongoing process, and we welcome feedback from users who encounter any accessibility barriers.
Screen Readers

NOYO's web platform is designed for compatibility with leading screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. We use semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and consistent focus management throughout. Our AI companion interface includes text alternatives for all non-text content and supports full keyboard navigation.
Colour & Contrast
Colour and visual design.
We do not rely solely on colour to convey information. All interactive states, errors, and important notifications use both colour and additional visual indicators. Our gold and navy palette has been evaluated for contrast ratios, and we provide high-contrast mode options within account settings.
