NOYO does not use advertising cookies and does not permit third-party advertising networks to set cookies on the Platform.

We use cookies to ensure Platform functionality and maintain secure sessions, improve user experience and accessibility, analyse anonymised performance and usage data, detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised access, and support platform stability and error monitoring. We do not use cookies to serve targeted advertising to NOYO users under any circumstances.

First-party cookies are set directly by NOYO. Third-party cookies may be set by service providers including analytics providers, infrastructure services, and security providers - all bound by data processing agreements. NOYO does not permit third-party advertising cookies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the Platform.

Session cookies are temporary and deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a specified period as set out in the table above, or until you delete them manually through your browser settings.

Where required by applicable law, NOYO will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device. You may accept or reject non-essential cookie categories through our cookie preference tool. You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time - your preferences can be updated through the cookie settings panel available in the footer of every page.

You may control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions for common browsers:

Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using core Platform features. Disabling other categories will not affect core functionality but may reduce personalisation and analytics capabilities.

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. NOYO does not currently respond to such signals due to the absence of a standardised interpretation framework. You may manage your cookie preferences directly through our cookie settings panel.

Cookies may collect device information, IP address, browser type, and usage and interaction patterns. This data is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our data tier classification framework. No Tier 1 sensitive data is collected through cookies.

Data collected through cookies may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. NOYO implements appropriate safeguards for such transfers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data collected through cookies from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss.

The Platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. NOYO does not knowingly use cookies to track or collect data from individuals under 18.

NOYO uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for platform functionality, performance analytics, personalisation, and safety monitoring. By using the Platform, you consent to this use in accordance with this Policy.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings or NOYO's cookie preference centre. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impair Platform functionality, personalisation features, and your overall user experience.

NOYO reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, modify, or terminate access to any part of the Platform, services, or accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violations of these policies.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations, indemnification, arbitration, intellectual property protections, and non-circumvention obligations.

If any provision of this policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by NOYO to enforce any provision of this policy on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision on any other occasion.

NOYO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or governmental actions.

NOYO may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under this policy without restriction and without prior notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations without NOYO's prior written consent.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius (including the Data Protection Act 2017), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. You agree to resolve all disputes individually and waive any right to participate in, or bring claims as part of, any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide rights that cannot be contractually excluded, those rights are preserved.
